Michael was a friend of my father for many years. They had been in Lytham Round Table together, and also acted for my father too, with regard our garage business. I too got to know Michael very well, and as a customer of our garage, would see him regularly. When it was my turn to join Lytham Round Table, I would see him at various functions. When I became Chairman, I would meet Michael at Past Chairmans Night too.

Michael was a pillar of the community, and will be sadly missed.
